Middle East-Fuji was established in the year 1993 as Middle East -Ship Stores to offer ship supply services to vessels calling UAE ports. Since its inception, MEF has diversified and established itself in the region as an integrated marine and industrial service provider. Joining Fuji Group in the year 1998 was a key development to this initiative

| 2010 : | Established an Engineering company "Fuji Walco Middle East LLC". |
| 2012 : | Acquired 100% shares of Fuji Walco Middle East Fuji LLC and renamed the company as Middle East Fuji Engineering LLC |
| 2012 : | Established Middle East Fuji LLC in Qatar as 100% subsidiary. |
